Lori Siedelman, MPH

Lori Siedelman is an epidemiologist for the Minnesota Center of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance (MCEIRS). Prior to joining MCEIRS, she worked as a research assistant/health sciences specialist at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center, Center for Chronic Disease Outcome Research. Prior to this position she was an environmental health specialist at the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment in Colorado, where she conducted sanitation inspections for restaurants, child care centers, and public swimming pools. She also managed the special event food vendor inspection program, served as team leader for foodborne illness investigations, and was the database administrator for the consumer protection programs. Ms. Siedelman received her BS in environmental health from Colorado State University and completed her MPH in epidemiology at the University of Minnesota.
